Funding
Objective
The Training-Action project is aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in the North, Centre, and Alentejo regions of Portugal. It seeks to strengthen the capabilities of business owners, managers, and employees through an integrated approach that combines consultancy with workplace-based training. The programme supports organisational transformation, innovation, and business modernisation by developing strategic skills in management, internationalisation, the digital economy, and Industry 4.0.
As part of this initiative, CTIC aims to support 30 SMEs in the Centre region by enhancing their management capabilities, organisational performance, and international business development through tailored consultancy and specialised training sessions.
